You can forward your incoming calls to a designated mobile or fixed-line number overseas, so you can stay in constant contact with friends, family and business partners back home.

The service is easy to use. Together with the IDD 0060 Budget Home Connect Service, you can call Hong Kong while abroad and enjoy superior voice quality at economical IDD rates.

• Activating your Hong Kong ring tone while overseas ensures privacy.
• Caller Number Display feature allows you to know the caller's number before you answer.
• Once your "Do Not Disturb” password is activated, only callers with this password can reach you when overseas.
• One consolidated statement for an at-a-glance summary of all your international calls.

• If you do not want your calls to be forwarded to your overseas telephone number, you can simply cancel the forwarding from your mobile or fixed-line telephone number.
• Once the "Do Not Disturb" password is set and activated, only callers to whom you have given this password can reach you at your forwarded overseas telephone number.
• Calling 2808 8038 from the fixed-line or mobile phone number you have registered allows you access to the menu without the need to enter your International Call Forwarding Number.
• The PIN can be disabled by changing "PIN and related setting", so that you can directly access the menu when you call 2808 8038 from the fixed-line or mobile phone that you have registered.
• You can call long distance to +852 2808 8038 from abroad to set or change the overseas telephone number to which your calls are to be forwarded.

Initial Setup

1. Call 2808 8038 from the registered fixed-line or mobile phone.
2. Select language.
3. Input the four-digit PIN of your choice.
4. Press [1] to register an overseas mobile or fixed-line telephone number to which  calls are to be forwarded  (country/territory code + area code + local telephone number + [#])

Using the Service

1. Call 2808 8038 with the registered fixed-line or mobile phone.
2. Press [#][#] to activate International Call Forwarding Service.
3. Press [3] to end call.
4. Upon leaving Hong Kong, forward your mobile or fixed-line phone number to your personal International Call Forwarding Number.
5. You can call long distance to +852 2808 8038 from abroad to set or change the overseas telephone number to which your calls are forwarded.

To activate the service

• Before leaving Hong Kong, press [*][*][2][1][*] + your International Call Forwarding Number + [#] + [Send].

To cancel the service

• Upon your return to Hong Kong, press [#][#][2][1][#] + [Send].

You can also use other functions by calling 2808 8038 and following the voice prompt.

• Press [*][*]to change other settings
• Press [1] to change the overseas number to which calls are forwarded
• Press [2] to change the PIN and related settings
• Press [3] to change the language
• Press [4] to set up and activate/deactivate the "Do Not Disturb" password
• Press [5] to change the currently registered fixed-line or mobile phone number (you must call from your currently registered phone number to make this change)
• Press [6] to select International Call Forwarding Service ring tone
• Press [7] to preset short-codes for overseas telephone numbers

Note: Preset up to 10 short-codes i.e. [*][0] to [*][9] for overseas numbers to avoid re-entering frequently forwarded overseas numbers.
