Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and PCCW Mobile HK Limited (each a PCCW member) is pleased to announce our support to and participation in the Customer Complaint Settlement Scheme for billing disputes first raised with us from 1 November 2012, which is a mediation scheme aiming at resolving billing disputes in deadlock between customers and their telecommunications service providers.
