Your role
- Provide IT technical support services to end users including desktop and laptop, printer and computer peripherals etc.
- Maintain IT helpdesk service processes, response and case log reporting on ticketing management system according to agreed SLA
- IT hardware and software asset inventory and security patch management on a regular basis
- Provide maintenance support by the company policies and procedures on IT system, network equipment, server and facilities setup, installation and configuration, system and application monitoring
- Planned or unplanned onsite support duty will be required subject to agreed SLA and assignment by the supervisor
To succeed in this role
- Holder of Certificate or above in Business Computing or related disciplines
- 1 year hands-on experience in computer hardware and software support, troubleshooting and problem solving
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Office and E-mail applications, Virtualization technologies
- Customer Service-oriented, positive thinking, can-do attitude and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Fresh graduate or less experienced candidate will also be considered
