About DrGo

The DrGo app connects you with Hong Kong registered doctors, so you can benefit from a telemedicine video consultation. Our on-demand mobile platform enables you to book an appointment and consult a doctor of your choice via a video call. Any medicine and any medical certificate and/or referral letter which the doctor may prescribe or issue to you after the consultation will be delivered directly to your door.

 

Your role

As Logistics & Operations Manager of our DrGo team, your major job responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage operation and logistic functions of DrGo HealthStore
  • Responsible for directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
  • Prepare inventory reports and manage the inventory level of health-related products/ services
  • Liaise with various stakeholders and vendors to maintain a smooth running and operation of delivery system
  • Drive and lead continuous process improvement for cost saving, operation efficiency and customer service satisfactions
  • Project planning & management throughout initial concept stage to implementation
  • Liaise with vendors and CS in handling production planning, damaged and claims after delivery
  • Inspect and monitor the performance of warehouse and the storage of goods
  • Managing daily routes / schedules of shipments and deliveries
Requirements:

To succeed in this role

  • Degree holder in supply chain or logistics management related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in e-Commerce, FMCG and retail, with knowledge in handling distributions, order management, supply chain experience, FMCG, healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Independent, Detail-minded and problem solving skills
  • Experience in e-Commerce fulfillment is an advantage
  • Strong order planning management skills
  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellence in time management
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office
