The job:
You will be responsible for the effective management of the delivery of billing services of a giant group of companies to meet and exceed agreed Service Level Agreement.
Major responsibilities include:
- To formulate billing logistics to ensure invoices are accurately and timely issued
- To ensure the billing information is properly updated in accounting systems
- To manage the Account Receivable
- To work with Business Partner and IT to develop and well test the billing system function in supporting new product/services implementation
- To initiate improvement to billing systems and procedures for efficient operations
- To lead and develop staff to ensure procedures are complied with Company standards
The successful candidate will be:
- Holder of University Degree in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years solid working experience in which at least 3 years in similar capacity, preferably in telecommunications industry
- Proven people management skill
- Strong leadership and problem solving capabilities
- Good communications skill both in written and spoken (English and Chinese)
- Committed team player
- Preferably having solid exposure to system implementation / conversion
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Billing Manager
