Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Vice President to join 1O1O, the highly regarded premium brand in mobile communications business. You will apply your professional knowledge and expertise in acquiring business partners, formulating strategies, developing business initiatives and planning marketing campaigns with aim to drive and achieve business targets.



Your role

  • Formulate partnership strategies to promote the brand value propositions to our customers
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with potential business partners and merchants, e.g. various retail brands, technology vendors, banks, entertainment and dinning
  • Maintain extraordinary level of customer delight to reflect brand prestige by bringing in partnerships with extensive offers and rewards
  • Develop and lead the execution of joint promotions and marketing initiatives, e.g. mega events, price offers, sponsorship, etc.
  • Initiate, plan and implement a vast of marketing campaigns for mobile acquisition and retention to grow sales revenue
  • Collaborate closely and smoothly with cross functional teams for a highly coordinated approach in the execution of marketing initiatives and programs
  • Responsible for the digitalization of 1O1O Online Store and App development to achieve online business targets
  • Lead ad hoc projects assigned and ensure the project deliverables meet the business requirements

To succeed in this role

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in partnership marketing, business development or e-commerce
  • Proven track record in partnership development and achieving business targets
  • Experience in project management and coordination across functional teams and external partners
  • Experience in e-commerce, digitalization and process reengineering will be an advantage
  • Strong business and financial acumen with ability to link partnership strategies directly to business strategies and company financial goals
  • Possesses with strong business networks in different sectors
  • Excellent presentation skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
