- Report to Head of HKT Financial Services
- Provide full range of administrative support to Business Head and functional teams
- Manage daily schedule and business appointments
- Handle on-boarding logistics of new joiners, scheduling, travel arrangement, leave administration and day-to-day activity coordination etc.
- Create and maintain system records and keep a proper filing of project and/or departmental documentation
- Monitor and keep update of any software/ hardware inventory for internal and external projects
- Assist to monitor project budget, status tracking/ reporting, initiate and issue purchase request, manage invoices etc.
- Prepare monthly departmental management activity reports Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
To succeed in this role
- High diploma with 5 years of experience in administration or secretarial support
- Previous experience in MNCs and/ or international exposure would be an advantage
- Hands-on experience of MS Office application such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Energetic, flexible and enthusiastic
- Detail-minded, multi-tasking, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English
