Job Description:

Your role

  • Manage the capture, analysis, and documentation of business process (including IT processes) of merchant products/ applications
  • Design solutions or change interventions
  • Create an analysis of customer journeys and product functionality
  • Define and track metrics and Key Performance Indicators for the product
  • Oversee change management activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
  • Manage or collaborate in change interventions such as training and communication
  • Track and document the progress and manage the status reporting
  • Manage the implementation of solutions
  • Risk identification, risk reporting and devise interventions to mitigating risks
  • Management of external service providers and vendors as well as internal stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

To succeed in this role

  • Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of business/ technical analysis experience with great understanding of technology and IT application (knowledge in payment gateway is a plus)
  • Demonstration of detailed technical understanding of several technologies
  • Working experience on agile projects and understand the application of agile
  • Understanding of how DevOps works and how to utilize to in the agile process  
  • Understanding of development solutions using various technologies and able to explain the processes and technologies used
  • Ability to apply Project Management discipline and portfolio management
  • Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders in both business and technology areas
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
