Your role
The right candidate will develop core competence in expectation management, communication skills with top executives in town, connecting people with services and communicating technology with both novice users & corporate IT managers. Your IT/Networking/Technical expertise will be the key building block to a successful Solution Consultant career. You'll keep up-to-date to the latest in applications and technologies, and your dedication will be an important part of the services & solutions provisions.
To succeed in this role
- Diploma/Certification in Computer Networking or related field. Networking related professional certification a plus.
- Working experience as IT Helpdesk, Administrator or Support Specialist is preferred.
- Good Communication skills in English & Mandarin a plus.
- Experience in Project Management a plus.
