Your role
- Handle customer telephone inquiries
- Grasp any opportunities to sell or retain customers
- Handle customer complaints appropriately and timely escalate to Unit Manager when the case is beyond his/her knowledge and authority or requested by customers
- Follow the pre-set procedures & workflows properly and complete the job in a professional manner
To succeed in this role
- HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above
- Customer focused
- Pro-active, eager to help and sell
- Good listening and questioning skill
- Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese and English
- Knowledge on mobile products and services
- Knowledge on common PC software applications would be an advantage
- Able to work shift duty
- Working Location: Tuen Mun or Kowloon Bay
