Your role

  • To understand customer needs and recommend customized home solutions to VIP customers through face-to-face consultations
  • To develop and maintain sound relationship with potential and existing premium customers
  • To work closely with top tier architects, interior designers, contractors and IT managers and other internal & external professions to ensure project completion
  • To provide the highest level of personalized customer care service to our VIP customers
  • To execute company sales strategies and achieve business target
Requirements:

To succeed in this role

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • With minimum 3 years working experience in sales and customer service field, preferable in sizable company
  • With positive and customer oriented manner
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) 
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Account Executive
