PCCW Solutions has been given an extensive scope of certification covering the provision of services for external customers and internal users.
The ISO 20000 certification was awarded following an independent third-party audit of the consistent process approach implemented by PCCW Solutions in the provision of information technology services, including infrastructure integration and managed services; computing platform services and technical consultancy; information security services; application design, development and maintenance services; and internet data center operation services.
Attaining ISO 20000 certification demonstrates PCCW Solutions' commitment to continuous improvement in its integrated processes in IT service support and service delivery. The ISO 20000 standard was developed to align with the best practice guidance practices within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world.
